If your qualifications match the job you're applying for you will receive a phone screening interview from HR. If you are still in the running you will interview at the corporate office in Oak Brook with the appropriate people for your position.

The questions which ask "Give us 5 examples of..." are the most difficult. Don't say things like "I'm a people person" or "I'm very flexible" or "I'm very organized". Everybody says that. Find 5 things that are very unique to you and still fit with the position you want.

Entrevista
They asked very average questions but everyone was very kind and took interest in what I had to say. They were quick to get back to me after the interview. Although I did not get the job it was a positive experience.

How are you with juggling multiple things at once?
The interview process was very simple and easy. First I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview was held in a back office and was casual. I felt comfortable and we had more of a conversation then an interview. It felt low stress.
