good and slightly easy for everyone just requires basic English to get hired as there are a lot of vacancies in a bpo so they won't grill you with difficult questions mainly questions based on personal life and educational background

Interview is damn easy. They ask only basic questions. Anyone can get selected subject to 12th pass. Just speak english you are selected. Just be confident and youll pass with flying colours
