I was approached directly via LinkedIn by a member of the Resourcing team to discuss an upcoming opportunity. After an initial screening call of around 30 minutes where I was asked to talk through my experience and present circumstances and was given information on the company, the team dynamics, the vision for the team and the current recruitment activity, I was invited in to the Head Office to meet the hiring manager and the Head of HR. I was asked to present to them both and was set a topic and provided with limited parameters for the presentation. The interview lasted longer than expected and I was really impressed with the passion and enthusiasm of both the interviewers. I received a follow up call the next day and a subsequent offer the day after that. I started less than a week later. The entire process was very quick and less in depth than I anticipated but this is not a bad thing. Very informal, very genuine and I am delighted I accepted the offer as I love my job here at Servest!
