Interview was very systematic and in depth since I had a break from the industry. Interviewer Mr. Pradeeph Oak was very friendly and kind. But since I mentioned the truth about my break from industry and as I was in need of a job, the HR did perform by offering me a very low salary from the other employees on same level ,though I was knowledgeable and had ample number of years in experience. This part of the company is wrong. Because later during my tenure with the company I had experienced that they will exploit the people in need and throw money on the ones who are fake and lied. It was not my business to peek into others salary , but considering the designation offered to others and their poor performance or less knowledge, it was pretty understood .
