I interviewed with 2 managers at 2 different stores. They asked a variety of questions and were both very nice. It was around Christmas time so it took longer than usual. Once I got hired on, training was 2 weeks long.

They basically ask you a bunch of questions about how comfortable you are with selling, a lot of personality questions. I honestly felt like I was being tested and not interviewed. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. You sit down with a store manager or the district manager and talk for about 20 minutes. They offer management positions without knowing anything about your work ethic.
