I had a first phone interview with the recruiter, who was very kind. After we spoke, she duly coordinated the next phone interview with the hiring manager. I completed the second interview within a week and a half after the first one. Whereas I was not chosen to move ahead in the process I must say that, being so extremely rare to receive any feedback whatsoever as a candidate especially upon an adverse hiring decision, I was absolutely impressed after receiving a call from the recruiter who very kindly explained the hiring managers's decision and provided honest feedback. That speaks very highly of Asurion and its culture. I commend them for doing that and sincerely thanked her feedback and advice, hoping the organization maintains such high standards for the benefit of other applicants. I look forward to being able to join Asurion in the future.
