After applying, a recruiter sends you a pre-screen email asking your salary expectations and a few questions briefly explaining your qualifications. Then, you'll get an email with a link to a digital interview, where you'll read 5 or so questions and record your response. Finally, you'll have the actual interview with the hiring manager.
Virtual - with multiple people. Series of questions, time left to speak and ask questions. Really comfortable, easy and open space to learn and speak with those interviewing you. Extremely easy going and really made it fun and easy.
Not understanding the hiring process. I applied for the District Manager role at 8pm. The next morning at 8:30am I got a rejection email. I have over 8 years district manager experience in specialty retail and over 5 years high volume big box retail experience. Confused as to how fast the rejection email came. Did anyone actually look at my resume?
