Entrevista
The interview process was very intensive. There were 3 rounds 1. phone 2. meeting with Recruiting Team and 3. meeting with everyone else. You spent an entire day meeting people from different areas and then ended with the CEO who presents you with a problem to solve. The biggest issue I had was they wanted to complete a background, call I think it was 10 references before they even presented you with an offer. That did not sit well with me.

I was asked to solve a business problem presented by the CEO. I did fine but I would have rather been prepared by the recruiting team going into it.
Only one zoom interview took place and the interviewer was super nice and professional.
He questioned me about the work I had been doing and described what I would be going and how different it was.

Why you want to work at Asurion ?
Easy and comfortable remote interview with hiring manager. We discussed my experience and the purpose of the role. It lasted roughly 40 minutes and by the end, we both had a clear picture of my responsibilities for the role.
