Applied via Job site. Got a call from HR. She arranged Phone Interview with one of the technical manager. After that got a call for onsite interview. Three senior technical people (each with almost 20 years of exp - i checked their profiles on net before the interview :)) took the interview - 1 hour each. Interview was easy. Started with basic java question on generics, data structures, all three of them asked me to write a small program on piece of paper. Interviewers were very cool and relaxed. One of them explained me about the company and growth which was something new and interesting for me. Overall the complete technical interview experience was good.
