Submitted my application on LinkedIn. I was contacted via email to set-up a brief phone call for a preliminary interview. The phone call was with the Director of HR, and it was pretty straight-forward. I was then invited to an in-person interview with the manager of the repairs department. They asked pretty standard interview questions, and then I was taken on a tour of the facilities. Afterwards, they told me they would contact me in a few days after wrapping up some other interviews. I was called the next day and offered the job.
