First my resume got shortlisted from cutshorts, after which HR scheduled a functional round. It was with COO of the company. It lasted about 35 minutes. It went well and there will time where I couldn't answer properly. Cleared it and then next round was proper technical which also lasted around 30 minutes. At last i got the offer and I resigned from the company I was working in and accepted their offer letter. I was not able to join on the date they had mentioned due to medical reasons and produced all evidences supporting the same. They were all supportive and told me they will revise joining date. After 9 days HR called and told me that offer has been delayed indefinitely. If you don't want to hire a person at least don't make them quit their old job using your false offer. Whoever is reading this, just think twice before attending this company's interview.
