The recruiter ghosted me after adding me on LinkedIn, calling, emailing and setting up a phone interview. She sounded highly interested in me as a candidate and I prepared and waited over an hour for her. She never showed up. I was left disappointed and in awe of the unprofessionalism.

None were asked as the recruiter never showed up for the interview.
A recruiter called and went over my experience. They were friendly and suggested minor edits I make to my resume to get approval from their client to bring me on. They sent a list of 5-6 questions and I answered thoroughly. Took me about 30 minutes. Once I submitted my edited resume and questions, they called a few hours later and told me I got the position.

Fairly easy interview process you speak with the recruiter they go over your résumé potential pay. If you fit the position they submit you over to their hiring manager. You hear something within 2 to 3 business days.
