Went through the first round with the hiring manager, and was asked to perform a technical assessment. Was told not to discuss about the remuneration package or tenure so there’s definitely a lot of inflexibility when comes to applying for the role. Completed all the necessary questions in the technical assessment as required by their client and didn’t get any update for the next 2 weeks, and to only found out today that my application has been rejected. Nothing concrete also has been provided as to why the application was rejected. Just felt that it was absolutely a complete waste of my time having to deal with their company’s rigid hiring process, and lacklustre follow-up from their consultant on my application. Will not be considering them in the near future again
