I had the typical intro call with the recruiter. By all accounts, it sounded like I was a perfect fit for the role (which is what these calls are meant to determine). Then 2 days later I was told that they decided not to move forward with an interview. When I asked for feedback I was ghosted. Very unprofessional.

Pretty easy and straightforward process. I had a call with the recruiter, a technical interview, a project, and then calls with the co-founders. Everyone was polite and set expectations well.
