I applied online which was easy. Then I received an email to take an assessment. I was unable to take the assessment because the link was missing. Then I received another email with the link which I completed first thing in the morning. Later that day, I received two emails: one requested updated application information and the other requesting that the assessment be completed. At the end of the same day, I received an automated call indicating that they needed updated application and a completed assessment. I called the number and got an automated response probably because everyone was gone for the day. Within minutes, a HR rep called me back. I explained the assessment for done first thing in the AM. He said he didn't get that information because it was before some cutoff which I didn't understand. Meanwhile, I received an email for a phone interview which was scheduled for the following Monday. The phone interview was strange in my opinion and the caller was about 20 minutes late calling. The beginning of the call he mentioned a couple of times that he was calling about the Specialist position, salary, hours and basic information. Other than that, he didn't seem to know a lot. Also, it turns out the resume he had of mine was so outdated. It didn't go well and I felt he was unorganized and didn't have many answers. I say this because I had an excellent interview in the morning where the opposite is true. The moral is go by your instincts. The interviewer was not polished and he was supposed to be a representative of the company. Maybe this is a good company but the initial call and process was not a good reflection of that. Today I got a nice form email saying I did not get the job. That's ok.

Primera grupal, segunda grupal, el proceso lo facilita randstad y se ocupan de llamarte después de cada entrevista para decirte cómo sigue el proceso. Realmente no se enfocan en experiencias anteriores, aprox menos de un mes desde el primer llamado al preocupacional/ oferta

Un proceso ameno a través del outsourcing de HR con Randstad, que exigió un debate sobre risk management y preguntas en inglés. Fueron cálidos y demostraron claro interés en mis aptitudes, aunque el HR de Assurant nunca se acerco personalmente a darme la devolución. Hubiera sido bien recibido algún tipo de feedback sobre su decisión.
