I met with a senior partner to discuss my education, employment credentials, and salary requirement. Another partner came in and we discussed my work history. The interview was very straight forward--no trick questions--and both attorneys were very nice. I was offered the position and was immediately walked around the office and introduced to all of the employees which I thought was very nice.
