Initially contacted by the HR manager. The executive director was excited about my resume. He called me in, we talked about my dedication to environmental issues and he offered me the job on the spot. He claimed that I would get a raise in a few years if I brought in more government program contracts. He seemed nice and friendly and laughed during the interview. He was rather energetic.
