I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then two 30-minute video calls, the first call with an Manager of Program Management and the second (and final) call was with a Senior Director. My first call went well and I was moved to the next stage. The second call was scheduled and it needed to be rescheduled for two days later due to a last minute conflict on the interviewers end. When the interview came, the interviewer was a few minutes late. The interview felt rushed and she had a set list of questions to get through. While there was a thorough breakdown of the details of the role, there was a heavy focus on the negative aspects of the position without any discussion of how the organization is showing positive growth. One of the interviewers mentioned that some people have cried because they're so stressed out in this position, and the company will probably fold in the next five years. The company does not offer sick leave beyond 15 days of PTO and they seem to have a lot of turnover. I did not get an offer, I was actually ghosted, but I think I dodged a bullet.
