Very friendly and professional contact at all times. I was provided with a great deal of information in regard to the specific account(s) I would be placed on, the platform, etc. prior to hire. My additional questions were answered promptly via e-mail. Unlike most MT interviews, this wasn't just a briefing about the position--you were asked questions in regard to what you liked about the industry, where you pictured yourself in 'x' of years, and things of this nature. My interviewer and I discussed things not even pertaining to MT, which was really neat for me--I could tell she was genuinely interested in my life outside of work, and that is a great feeling.
