Online interview as part of application, a first phone interview with the recruiter, and then a second phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a practice case study thing. Received a very personable rejection letter after the case study. All in all, a very positive and professional application process. That said, the position still seems to be open (and looked like it was posted in January), which is never a good sign.
