      Entrevista

      To be clear, I only interviewed but wasn't offered the opportunity. Why?!?! Because this company only values people who can "bring leadership qualities" eventhough they lack a vast majority of the technical skills. That should tell you all you need to know about this company's "Core Values". If you're offered the opportunity to interview, proceed with caution and skepticisms. You could be a Top Notch Candidate in their eyes and they'll go well out of their own way to tell you that but that only solidifies your chances of rejection over acceptance. And they're an HRIS Implementation Provider too!!

      Thank you for your feedback. One of the reasons we have such a strong track record in hiring is the diligence we apply to our recruiting process. At AspireHR, we are selective in who we make offers, and we understand you were disappointed to not receive an offer. When we make offers to candidates, we feel confident it’s a great fit from both sides because we understand this is a big decision. For candidates who don’t receive an offer, we make every effort to be transparent regarding the reason we chose not to move forward in the process. We’ve heard from other candidates that they appreciated our professional candor as many other companies they interviewed don’t always show the same courtesy. In your case, you are correct. You lacked critical leadership traits and experience that we believe to be important for the leadership role you were interviewing. We interview for more than just the technical skills and experience because leadership matters at all levels. We wish you the best of luck in your professional future.
