I was asked a few questions about my life and then how I would handle a specific marketing situation. They were friendly an receptive, making the job feel welcoming and like a place I would want to work at.

How would you best market to the target audience? What outbounding ideas do you have? Do you have experience in marketing or retail?
You apply online, and then they will reach out with a phone call to let you know whether or not you are able to interview. Usually it is only one round of interviews for MA
Came in for an in person interview then had a test phone interview to see how you would react to a distressed resident. Overall, very easy process and was hired within a week of the interviews.
