Skill test, one-way video interview, Assessment center final interview (3+ hours). The interviewers are nice, no need to worry. The final interview consists of a presentation on a given topic, a group discussion, and a behavioral interview. It seems like there are 3 parts that will be assessed, however, they weigh so much on leadership. You will fail if you don't lead the group, even if you do well in the other parts. So no need to waste your time creating a perfect presentation. They want someone that has strong leadership rather than someone who has great related knowledge or major for the rotational program.

- What's the most challenging part of doing the presentation? - Summarize your presentation. - Do you have a role model? Do you consider yourself a role model? - Why Aspen? Why you? - Tell me a time when you convince someone of your concept. - Tell me a time when you failed. What did you do to make it become successful?

First submitted a CV and cover letter.
Then an SHL assessment center with numerical, verbal and deductive/inductive tests. This was followed by an automated interview with usual questions. I received some formulaic feedback telling me I had not performed well enough during the recorded questions.
