I submitted my resume online. It was a pretty good match for the PM position that they were hiring for so I got a call back pretty soon from the hiring manager. The hiring manager had me answer questions for about an hour ranging from standard strength weakness questions to ideas on how to launch a product into an international market. It was pretty thorough. I was then invited for a round of 1:1 interviews. I brought samples of my work and I met with about 5 people for a whole day. The interview questions itself was pretty standard - what they were looking for was a good match for the team. Apparently I convinced them since I got the offer two days later.
