It was a fast process. I applied online and very quickly received a short phone call outlining the role and then I was invited for one short and informal in-person interview which felt simple and aligned to the expectations of the job description

The interview was held in person and was fairly informal. I had a short discussion with the manager about my background. They then gave me a tour of the facility, explaining how the warehouse operates. I was shown the main responsibilities of the role, particularly picking and packing orders.
