Overall, I had a dissatisfactory interview process. During the interviews it was pretty informal, just a conversation about past experiences and how it applies to the position, as well as involvement in entrepreneurship. I made it to the third round of interviews. The time frame felt very drawn out with very little communication in between interviews. Due to COVID, the company team may have been slow to respond to things, but I found this to be unprofessional. I would have expected better communication in general.
