The two people who interviewed me led me through thoughtful, relevant exercises to gauge my fit for the role. They conducted several rounds of interviews that I at first thought perhaps unnecessarily rigorous for an internship, but it quickly became apparent that that rigor was part of the nature and approach of the organization.
