Pretty straight forward ,phone then onsite and later an offer. Very corporate process and questions felt like they were out of a book. Do a general interview questions search and you should be fine.

I had an initial phone interview which was more of a description of the job from a recruiter and she asked if I was interested. Then I had an on site interview where two people interviewed me, each asking questions from a sheet. It was typical stuff, "Name a time when you had trouble with a customer and how did you handle it?" That type of thing.

Very easy and straight forward. They want to know you are committed to building a career at Ashford University. They also want to make sure that you as an employee are comfortable carrying the responsibilities of your position
