I had to do a few investment write-ups in order to be eligible for a phone interview. The DoR couldn't find my write-ups after I e-mailed it to his company e-mail address a few times. After my write-ups were reviewed I had a 10 minute phone conversation. Questions ranged from compensation to what makes you a good analyst.
