Initially a recruiter will get in touch with you to do a pre-screening. Then the hiring manager will call you 2 to 4 times to have sporadic and brief conversations on your experience and ask questions that speaks to your personality and how you handle difference scenario's.

They talk to you on the phone and send you an "OFFER" then when you accept the offer they DEMAND YOU GIVE THEM BUSINESS BEFORE YOU ARE HIRED, on the payroll. And if you decline to give them business before you are on the payroll they tell you something negative came up on your driving record. I have a SPOTLESS driving record. I have worked for Fortune 100 companies and NEVER have I been told you need to PROVE yourself BEFORE you are hired. Why not just be honest and say it is a 1099 role!!! These people are the lowest form of scum on EARTH!!! Do NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!! I was told that the POSITIVE reviews on the internet are PLACED THERE BY MANAGEMENT!!! A bunch of CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY FOR BUSINESS, STAY AWAY FROM INTERVIEWING, why waste you time!!! That is all it is. And probably IF I would have agreed to give them apps, they would have SCREWED ME OUT OF THE COMMISSIONS!!!
