Interview process started off fine, first a call with HR, then a Zoom call with VP. Brought me in for in-person interview with three team members. Sent thank you emails while also expressing my interest. Got totally ghosted, never heard back. Very unprofessional to bring in someone for interview, and then not even bother to send an email that I didn't get the job.
