I had one phone interview with recruiter and then an interview with the unit manager. This was a very quick and easy process. I then heard back relatively quickly regarding an offer.
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
