I only had the HR phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. It took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me after the HR interview (when they said they would get back to me in a day or two). They said they were not moving forward since they are looking for more experience, even though they could see what my experience was on my CV/Resume. Throughout the entire phone interview it felt that my interview was a burden. I felt my time and experience was not respected. Even if I did move forward in the hiring process, I would not have accepted a job with an organization that does not respect my time or experience.
Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
