I was interviewed through Cogbee for this position. Next day HR called and informed that interview response was positive and would like to proceed with the second round and requested few documents which I sent the same day. The HR then calls and tells that they have to redo the L1 round since the video recording was blurry and need to be captured again! Like really? It was an absurd request but since I didn’t want an opportunity to slide I agreed. Had the L1 again , no response post that and ghosted by HR. If you don’t trust your interviewers verdict then why bother? Utter nonsense experience.
