The interview process was straightforward. However, upon meeting the owner of the company, the interview process felt like a cat and mouse game. She kept asking me how much I wanted to make, I provided my answer, she low balled me and was not flexible. I was offered a position, but declined. Upon hearing my friends' interview a week later, the company had offered her more and she did not have a Masters degree and I do. I don't want to be part of a company that does not value my time nor education. These degrees are not cheap nor easy! I also do not want to be part of a company that makes people feel the need to 'suck up' to the boss to get a good and at least an appropriate pay salary/wage. I hope things have improved for this company since the time I was interviewed.
