It was a simple two phase interview process. Round one is with the recruiter and getting an understanding of your background and skills to report to manager. Round two is with Dept Manager and potentially a lead, which is to explain basic technical scenarios and test your SQL knowledge. other key things to have is projects to talk about and different exposure to databases and languages.
