The interviews are done by trainees. The atmosphere is very pleasant and informal. Be careful with your attire. (Things you should know: your supervisors wil be often younger than you - Czech students. No trainee is offered a full-time job after the internship. The job descriptions in their advertisement is not accurate at all.)

Introduce yourself. What do you know about Ascari? What do you study? Where did you work in the past? What languages do you speak? Will you get Erasmus grant? Do you have a driving license? Where did you see the offer? What are your expectations? How do you work under the pressure? Do you like working in the team? When do you want to start? Where do you want to stay? Any questions?
Not the interview itself but the whole process was off, even after the interview I had no idea what they were looking for and based on what they accept/decline your application
The interview was a relaxed and friendly half-hour conversation focusing on your academic background, professional experiences, and some situational questions. The interviewer was welcoming and engaged, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the discussion. They showed genuine interest in learning about your journey, skills, and achievements, making it a positive experience overall.
