I was contacted 10 days after applying to the Recruiting Coordinator (contract) role. The phone interview was scheduled for the following week that lasted 30 mins. I enjoyed the conversation and questions asked. I was able to get a better idea of the company. I was then emailed over a take home test to be completed within 48 hours. Sent it back and was told my challenge was being looked over by the team the following day. I didn't hear anything back the following week so I emailed to inquire. No response. Another week went by and I followed up again. No answer. Another week went by and I called the person I spoke with. The phone line rang once and voicemail was full. Wow, talk about the candidate experience. I finally received an email back almost 3 weeks later after inquiring within the company. Unfortunately, not impressed with the whole process.

I applied online for the Recruiting Coordinator position and had a phone screen not long after. The Recruiter I spoke to was very friendly and informative. She took the time to ask me quality questions and answer my questions. After our conversation I completed a take home assignment with very clear instructions and expectations. Upon completion the team decided not to move forward but she took the time to send a personal email (not an automated message) thanking me for my time. I really appreciate the efficiency and promptness of the team here, and I look forward to applying for another role in the future!
