4 rounds: 1st is call with recruiter, 2nd is call with hiring manager, 3rd is an in-person with the direct team to discuss projects, 4th is with individuals that this role would collaborate with. I applaud Daniel, the recruiter, for being very active in the process and making sure we communicate well and often. I also appreciated that Justin, the hiring manger, personally was open to sharing feedback at the end of the process when they decided not to continue past the final round. It is not ideal to provide candid and direct feedback to everyone, but Justin and Daniel both were open to addressing questions and sharing feedback from the team at large on the reasonings behind the decision.
