I was referred by an employee and had a phone screen and a phone interview, both 30 minutes, before being brought onsite. The onsite was a lunch followed by 3 x two person interviews and then a 1:1 45 minute interview. Most of the interviews were conversation based and although there were direct questions (Dr/Cr etc.) it was fairly relaxed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and it does seem like a great place to work. The recruiting team were quick and efficient and scheduled in a constructive feedback call afterwards. I have no complaints with the interview processes and the people and will be looking to interview again in the future as it does seem like a group of happy motivated people who care about their roles.
