Interview process was quite engaging, fluid and swift. Unlike other companies wherein the interview stages and result declaration might have long periods of delay/gaps, Aryng actually takes care of respecting everyone's time. This was the highlight of the entire process. All the interviewers were extremely welcoming and would make one feel comfortable, instead of being intimidating or looking down upon you as a candidate. All the discussions were quite transparent.
