Relevant skills for position:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in bulk.
- Good Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Fast learner.
- Good organizational skills.
Desired skills:
- Comfortable with Google Adwords Editor.
- Good knowledge of Google advertising products/services.

Example:
You: I have leadership skills.
Interviewer: Put an example.
You: We had some issues with clients when product migration happened. Team wasn't well trained. I trained them so they could answer to client's need. Before my intervention team members were frustrated. After my intervention they were capable of answer and help every single client. In fact, as a team, we got an award due to our excellent performance.
At the end, for doing a good interview I consider essential to have the ability of turning things around and to be capable of finding always a solution for every problem.

1 Interview via Google hangout. Teamlead and one person from HR. Very nice talk with the two of them, do your research about the company and prepare some questions about the role and the team.
