Interview is easy as they do not require any previous experience.
The questions were general in relation my previous jobs however for the position they do not require any specific experience.
It will be good, due the amount of overtime to do, show them that you are able to work during weekend, and put all your effort for the company needs.

Entrevista
Basic interview asking common questions about previous work experience , soft and hard skills, and if I was able to put extra effort on busy time. The interview was informal and the interviewer was nice and calm. I felt comfortable.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter to discuss my application. Thereafter an interview was scheduled. After about 2-3 weeks they got back to me saying they were impressed with me but couldn't hire me because I had a Stamp 1G visa, the visa allows me to work in Ireland for 40hrs a week. They said because the role will require me to work more than that a week for busy period. What was troubling is that they already knew about my visa status before before the interview, so I didn't understand why we had to waste each others time.

They also asked what I know about them, why I want to work for them, how the position fits in with my long term goals.
