The interview was conducted over video, and the focus was less on my technical skills or professional qualifications and more on understanding me as a person. They were particularly interested in getting a sense of my character, personality, values, and how I approach different situations, rather than diving deep into my specific abilities or past experiences.

Video interview, 9-15 questions, able to redo answers if needed. Questions were challenging but you were given time to think before you had to answer. Would recommend to others, no contact with an actual employer though.
