Recieved an email to submit my resume for a career fair and I did. I then talked to the company and they scheduled an interview the following morning. Interview fairly straight forward and asked to describe a technical process to a non-technical person, how would you make a building more sustainable, etc... 2-3 weeks went by until I received a call to speak to a project manager over the phone. We spoke about my resume and made me explain it thoroughly. It's a pretty straight forward process, so know your stuff. 1 week later I get an email asking if I would fly out. Interview lasted an hour and was asked to prepare a presentation. They were very interested in my project and the interview went very smoothly. A week later, I received a call saying I got an offer. I thought the process went very smoothly in a understandable manner.
