Entrevista
I had a telephone interview. Was meant to last 30 minutes, but lasted 15 minutes. Then I had a second video interview with the hiring line manager and two other team members. HR was meant to be present but weren't. The HR question was given to the line manager to ask.
Overall the process was smooth and pleasant although recruitment didn't pay much attention to detail when I told them of my availability for the second interview and they instead scheduled the interview on a totally different date.
It's been 4 weeks since my second interview and despite email the hiring manager on a few occasions, I've yet to hear back officially with any formal notification or feedback.
It just goes to show that even the best willed company values can't be enacted and lived by all employees. Arup himself had every right to worry that when a company grows too big, the very essence of it, can be lost.
I highly recommend you read his speech/philosophy and make notes. He was a legend to foresee 50 years ago that people will one day want a rewarding work, a sense of purpose, trust, candour. Your HR question will be based around this.

Can you summarise your career.
What are your strengths, what value would you bring to the team.
Then the basic questions, availability, salary expectations, any other interviews lined up.
Second interview questions - How do you handle diversity, What are you most proud of to date - HR questions.
The rest were based on the role, what do you know about the current market conditions of this sector. What would you advised clients looking to diversify from the current sector? What kind of future do you foresee for this particular sector? We need to simplify technical information when presenting to clients, how do you go about doing this?
The interview was in the form of a zoom meeting, where I had a one on one interview with manager of the group, where they asked general and technical questions

Apply online, video interview heard back after a month or two of applying, 2 rounds of interview with the actual members of the team, and you will get the offer after I presume
