An online assessment followed by an assessment centre.
The assessment centre was quite laid back although it did require an essay, group task and an interview with a director.
They asked some competency based questions as well as why I wanted to work at arup etc.

Apt test in December Written Test (in person) in January Online Interview in January The whole application and interview process takes approx 2 months There were questions relating to the written test responses and basic knowledge to the industry.

Online interview with two members of the team. Relatively informal. First a general meet and greet type conversation and then typical workplace questions - ie, a time where you were challenged, what's your biggest weakness etc. Then more technical planning questions.
