I applied online in December, I was asked to upload my CV, cover letter and a breakdown of my grades. My application form was screened first by the HR team then the hiring team. I was then invited for an interview at their Sheffield Office. I was interviewed by the two senior members of the Energy Team in the Sheffield Office.
