Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Arup (Montreal, QC) en nov 2018
Entrevista
Went my university's job fair. The Arup rep liked my CV and called me to schedule an interview in the next week at my school. At the interview they told me they would tell me in about 2 weeks if I would make to the next round.
Two weeks pass I'd received absolute silence. I then emailed the recruiter for an update. He said they were still in the process it would probably take 1 week or two.
Another month pass and I've never gotten anything from then. Despite being pretty common practice nowadays, it is still pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

This is a pre-recorded video interview. You're asked nine common questions and given a minute of recording to respond. You have some time to read the question and prepare your thoughts before starting the recording. You also have up to three attempts for each question.

cant remember clearly, one of them was something like "how much do you know about Electrical Engineering in building services?"
It was composed of 3 stages (back in 2017):
1) apply online (answer questions, expand on some of them)
2) telephone interview (about 30-45minutes)
3) live interview (several interviews, all in all about 4 hours long)
