Entrevista
The telephone interview (30 mins) consisted of Situational Judgement Questions (e.g. Example scenario then what you would do) and the second half was on motivation behind applying to Arup.
The assessment day consists of Group exercise (Discussion on whether to take on a project considering if it fits Arup's values), Individual exercise (Training Need Analysis for NHS) and Competency Based Questions.
